MAINTENANCE FEE ASSESSMENT INCREASE FOR 2025
The Old Brook Farm Association 2025 Maintenance Fee Assessment (a.k.a. Annual Association Dues) has been set at $55.00 with a $5.00 discount when paid in full on or before the Annual Homeowners Association Meeting.
The Board deemed an increase in the Maintenance Fee Assessment necessary to off-set the cost of repairing entrance signs and the rapidly escalating increases in most of our expenses. This is the first increase in the Maintenance Fee Assessment since 2012, a span of 13 years. While we have been able to avoid an increase over this timespan, we just cannot avoid it any longer.
The Old Brook Farm Association 2025 Annual Homeowners Meeting is March 9, 2025.
Please do not attempt to pay your Maintenance Fee Assessment until receiving an Invoice for it. Until the Invoices are generated creating the payment database we have no way to effectively track your payment. Your payment easily could be overlooked when posting payments in January. Wait for the Invoice.
NEWS & UPCOMING EVENTS
The Old Brook Farm Association 2025 Annual Homeowners Meeting is scheduled for Sunday, March 9, 2025 at 2:00PM.
As in past years, we will meet at the St Joe Center Township Hall facility located at the corner of Maplecrest Road and St Joe Center Road. Doors will open about 1:30 for registration and the payment of the Annual Maintenance Fee Assessment (Annual Association Dues).
