ABOUT THE COVENANTS…

All the lots in said Addition shall be subject to and impressed with the restrictions, covenants and easements hereinafter set forth; and they shall be considered a part of the conveyance of any lot in said Addition without being written therein. The provisions herein contained are for the mutual benefit and protection of the owners, present or future, of any and all lots in said addition; and they shall run with the land and shall inure to the benefit of and be enforceable by said owners by action for injunctive relief against any violations or attempted violation of the provisions hereof and/or for damages for any injuries resulting from any violation thereof…” (A Quote from the Covenants.)

To find the Covenants that pertain to your property, you must know the “Section” where your property is located. If you do not know your section, it can be found on your Tax Bill. It will read, “Old Brook Farm Sec x Lot xxx” Example: “Old Brook Farm Sec 2 Lot 22” Should you need help identifying your Section, please contact either the President or the Sec-Treas using the email addresses found on the CONTACT US panel of the WELCOME page.

While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the covenants displayed herein, errors can happen. For that reason we recommend you obtain an official certified copy of the Covenants for your parcel from the Office of the Allen County Recorder.
