The provisions herein contained are for the mutual benefit and protection of the owners, present or future, of any and all lots in said addition; and they shall run with the land and shall inure to the benefit of and be enforceable by said owners by action for injunctive relief against any violations or attempted violation of the provisions hereof and\/or for damages for any injuries resulting from any violation thereof\u2026\u201d<\/em> (A Quote from the Covenants.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To find the Covenants that pertain to your property, you must know the \u201cSection\u201d where your property is located. If you do not know your section, it can be found on your Tax Bill. It will read, \u201cOld Brook Farm Sec x Lot xxx\u201d Example: \u201cOld Brook Farm Sec 2 Lot 22\u201d Should you need help identifying your Section, please contact either the President or the Sec-Treas using the email addresses found on the <strong><em>CONTACT US<\/em><\/strong> panel of the <strong><em>WELCOME<\/em><\/strong> page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the covenants displayed herein, errors can happen.
